  Multi-Column Reports / Ready Reports

Choosing Comparison report on the Std. Report Page or selecting a Ready Report brings you to the Multi-Column Report Page.
This is a pure Cross-tabbed report where you can analyze your columns & rows with a defined base Population and survey weight.

  1. Population:
    Change the base popultion for the report.


  2. Column & Rows
    Add, remove or rearrange the columns and rows in your report.

  3. Data Items
    Choose the data types to report within the report cells. For each data item there is a corresponding rank type.

  4. Highlight / Filter
    Use Highlights and Filtering to focus on the the most significant results

  5. PreSets
    Create reusable Highlight & Filters sets to apply quickly. Refer to the help topic PreSets for MultiColumn Comparison Reports within the The Preferences Page help section.

  6. Reports => Save Report
    Save your report. Note: Saving only saves the layout of your column and row items. Optional report settings are not saved.

  7. Reports => Ready Reports
    Displays a the Ready report selection dialog. You can pick ready reports from all your available surveys and reports on this dialog.

  8. Survey Weight
    Changing the survey weight is an advanced option. You should only change the survey weight if you fully understand when to use it and the impact it will have on the results. Improper use will produce misleading results.

  9. Export to MS Excel
    Export your report as-is to MS-Excel. You can either choose all rows or specify the number of rows which should be exported.

  10. Export to MS Powerpoint
    Export your report as-is to MS-Powerpoint. You can either choose all rows or specify the number of rows which should be exported.
    RSG exports to PPT and PPTX formats.
